I don't like to "Clear browsing data..." unless I have to. I decided to just start with deleting the cookies for erepublik.com and it ended up working.

For the benefit of others that would also prefer to do the same thing,
-Open up Settings
-'Show advanced settings...'
-Under Privacy, rather than going into 'Clear browsing data...', go into 'Content settings...'
-Right at the top under the 'Cookies' heading, click on 'All cookies and site data...'
-From there, the interface is quite simple. Just search for 'erep' and remove the cookies related to the 'erepublik.com' site.

please retry.

1. add "127.0.0.1 musculahq.appspot.com" in last line of the hosts file.
2. Must clear all temporary internet file.

If you don't clear all temporary internet file, you can see problem.
