Energy bar saver

If turned on it won't let you use energy bar accidentally.
- Pop up window (like the one that pop ups when you want to use energy bar and have 500/550 health)

Option "Safe food eat on all pages". This is protection from eating energy bars if two tabs are opened and on both is available energy for recovery. It will first check if you already eat on one of them and depending on result it will eat or update energy recovered.
