Change the horrific design back to what it was, see picture

There seems to be two contrasting "styles" The horizontal bar with "places, wars, market" etc sticks out like a sore thumb as it is as if someone with a blue magic marker drew it. Also the recover energy button is the same way. The whole thing looks separate and not unified. Look how nice the Battlefield blue button is where as the Recover button is harsh, square and done poorly. The horizontal bar with the training contract etc below the badly executed one is also aesthetically pleasing.
