Add custom links option

Add option for making custom links for example hovering home button.
(like you added links for My places, but those to be editable trough eRepStuff+ settings)

Saving links to frequently used documents for Military Unit, sites used with game (egov4you, voters club and so on).

Links should always be visible. It's annoying to wait for the animation and it should visually fit the site. Because it's black it stands out too much.
And it needs an option if you want a link to open in the same tab or in a new one.
